About Will Bachman
Background: Originally from southeastern Virginia, Will settled in Illinois in 2005 after career opportunities had allowed him to reside in seven other cities literally from coast to coast. Of these various locations, Kane County was the place that provided the best balance of attributes; great schools, part of a major metropolitan area, friendly people, all four seasons weather-wise, many recreational activities, and so much more.
What cemented Kane County as his permanent residence occurred during his first week in Illinois. While applying for his IL drivers license, he was waited on at the DMV by a state employee named Pam Contaldo. It is debated as to who asked who out, but what is known is that they were meant to be together and they married in 2006. With the marriage, Will gained three children, Nick, Marcus, and Francesca, that he loves having in his life. The family has grown with the addition of three granddaughters, Sage, Arden, and Kaia, plus the most recent addition of a grandson, Eli Pasholk, in September 2019. A lover of all animals, we can't forget the other family member, a Schnoodle named Lexie!
